Quick write:
One of my bad habits is procrastination. I always wait until the last minute to do something important .
Reflection:
A habit that I want to change would be being attracted to the wrong men.
Cue:When I Meet them I'm most likely on the road or on some type of social network. I immediately look at how they dress and the way they talk or look
Reward: The satisfaction of having someone that I'm attracted to even though their bad for me

Quickwrite:
One good habit I have is that Im very organized and ambitious when it comes to my life and how I expect or would like things to be in the future. I like to plan things out and make realistic steps or short term goals that I need to do in order to achieve my long term goals, One bad habit I have is giving up too easily, although I get back up eventually I always give up for a short time period , putting myself down , & not wanting to go on after I experience some type of delima when I'm really suppose to use that and go harder.
Reflection:
One good thing about habits is its apart of your daily routine, you don't really know that your doing it , its just natural too you.

Based on the book "The Diving Bell & the Butterfly" can you elaborate on Jean Dominique Bauby feelings when his children came too visit him on Fathers Day.
Reflection:
" I am torn between joy seeing them living, moving, laughing, and crying for a few hours " showing that it did hurt him to see them hurt for him . " however, we have made a wise collective decision not to sugarcoat anything" understanding that they needed to accept the reality of the situation.

Quick Write: Imagine you had a terrible stroke leading you to locked in syndrome like Jean- Dominique Bauby. How will your family feel? What will happen to all of your dreams? Could you still pursue your dreams and manage to live a ordinary life with your family? Could your family handle having you like a "Zombie" or will they give up?
A: My family would be sad & devastated. I know for a fact all of my dreams and aspirations would go down the drain. Being that I would be disabled there wouldn't be much for me to do. I wouldn't be able to peruse my dreams . Things wouldn't be the same for me and my family , certain family events would be hassle and very difficult & i wouldn't want to be around people as much. I don't know how they feel , but I don't think they would give up o me.
